Ms Lamont recommends?
Do you agree to keep this dog on a monthly heartworm preventative
and flea/tick preventative?
Do you agree to provide this dog with the proper medical care it may

Do you agree to keep this dog inside your home in a temperature controlled environment at all times?
Do you agree to never leave this dog outside in severe weather?
Do you agree never to leave this dog in a vehicle un attended, especially in severe weather?

tree or post, or leave it in the garage or basement?
Do you agree to never let this dog run off leash in an unfenced or unsecured
